Spring Fever!

Columbus Indiana Real EstateWow! The spring real estate market is definitely here! Spoon Real Estate helped seven houses go into pending in 10 days. It has been a busy time. What a great time to get your house on the market. According to the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS today, there are 383 homes actively for sale in the Columbus and Bartholomew County areas.
